About the workshop
Pregnancy and infant loss can upend everything you thought you knew about yourself, your body, and your future. In the days and weeks after loss, grief can feel all-consuming—heavy, disorienting, and profoundly isolating—while the world around you keeps moving as if nothing has changed. This workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to help you begin navigating grief with compassion and care. You’ll receive expert guidance on: Understanding common emotional responses after pregnancy or infant loss Navigating overwhelm, numbness, and waves of grief Caring for yourself in the midst of deep emotional pain Responding to others while honoring your own needs Finding moments of grounding when everything feels unsteady Throughout the workshop, you’ll be invited to reflect at your own pace—taking what feels helpful and leaving what doesn’t. There is no expectation to “fix” your grief or move forward before you’re ready. This course is designed as a gentle companion in the early days of loss—a space to feel less alone, to tend to your heart, and to take small, compassionate steps as you begin to carry grief alongside you.
